BUS & CARPOOL PROCEDURES

FOR THE HOMER SCHOOLS

2007-2008

MORNINGS:

 

1. All BUSES will go NORTH on Pelican Drive, release all students in front of Student Center/Cafeteria, (along sidewalk with awning from Jr. High down to cafeteria) then exit WEST by the field house. One stop only.

2. All CARS will come in by field house, drop elementary students in HES carpool (west end of building) (do not come through teacher parking lot), OR at corner in front of cafeteria, then exit SOUTH on Pelican Drive. Junior High and High School students can be dropped off further up the street in front of their building if they aren’t eating in the cafeteria.

 

 

AFTERNOONS:

 

1. CARS will go NORTH on Pelican Drive, pick up elementary students in circle in front of school (as is done now). Junior High students can be picked up on Pelican Drive in front of their building. High School student pickup will remain the same.

2. BUSES (6) will pick up Jr. High and High School students going SOUTH on Pelican Drive, around in front of High school, then NORTH on Edgewood to elementary circle.

3. BUSES (6) will pick up Elementary students in the back circle at back of HES, then proceed around on Edgewood - going by field house - then SOUTH on Pelican Drive (as done now).
