           Welcome to my Pre-kindergarten class page! My name is Kathy Johnston and I have been teaching pre-k for five years. I believe that your child’s school education is a partnership between home and school, parent and teacher.  Together we, you and I, will lay the foundation on which their whole educational experience will be built.  That is an awesome responsibility that I take very seriously.  I set very high expectations for my classroom. I do not expect your child to be on the same level as everyone else but I do expect your child to do his or her very best. Preschool is not playtime. Preschool is the first level of foundation of a child’s school career. I assure you that I will love, care, and discipline your child as if they were my own.  I want only the very best for your child. The purpose of this site is to provide another way of communicating with parents.
