It is a pleasure to be able to teach your child this year. I am very excited about this school year and feel as though it will be a productive year if all parties are involved. When all responsibilities are fulfilled, your child’s education can do nothing but flourish.

The curriculum that your child will learn Math and Science from is the Louisiana Comprehensive Curriculum. The Louisiana Department of Education provides this Comprehensive Curriculum to every district in the state. The curriculum is aligned with state content standards, as defined by grade-level. expectations (GLEs), and organized into coherent, time-bound units with sample activities and classroom assessments to guide teaching and learning.
